About Us

When you join Katahdin Federal Credit Union, you are more than a number. You are part of a member-owned nonprofit cooperative…united by a common bond. As a credit union member, you actually have a vote in how we operate.

Through the years, our members have worked together to maintain a stable organization. With over $60 million in assets, we are among the top 25% of all credit unions nationwide.

And our non-profit status helps us operate more cost-effectively than for-profit groups. So with us, you'll discover lower interest rates on loans and credit cards, and higher dividends on savings plans.

Yes, numbers are very important. But members remain our most valuable asset. At Katahdin Federal Credit Union, our strength is in members.
